Thru Grapevine is a team of research site owners, recruiters, marketers and technologists. We know what it's like to watch an enrollment clock run, because some of us are watching our own.
Why we started Grapevine.
Our team includes the owner of clinical research sites in Montana and Utah and a recruiter at a research site in Utah. Like every site, they've lived with leads that go cold before anyone calls, vendors that send volume instead of fit, and recruitment materials stuck in back-and-forth with the IRB.
So we built what we wanted for our own sites: a local plan for where to find participants, IRB-ready materials written straight from the protocol, and campaigns that reply to every lead within 60 seconds and book qualified people onto the site's calendar.
Today we use the same tools and the same approach for research sites everywhere.
